I'd like to jot things down if an idea pops into my head, when I learn something new, get a new process, discover a switch port I may need to bounce. Looking for a simple app to keep notes I can access on any device.Just a reminder, if you are reading the Spark!, Spice itĪ Computer Defeats a World Chess Champion Spark! Best way to approach a poorly-maintained network Windows.Think its worth it for the FirePro vs the R7? I will be mostly using the laptop for running heavy programs like Matlab and Solidworks.etc along with frequent gaming. I just remember that the last Radeon Settings that can make my AMD driver is on Radeon Setting with version 18.5.1 - 18.5.3. I would normally pick the Precision over the Latitude no second thought but the Precision is heavier, bulkier, has a lower end processor, slower memory, and a lower resolution screen. My AMD Graphic driver issue happen since last year, and i try to format my laptop and the problem is still the same. So I was looking at a Latitude with the R7 M360 graphics that may be more comparable to the K600 in its abilities but I'm also able to get a Precision M2800 with the FirePro W4170M for the same price. In the desktop versions of this same department the Quadro K600 seems to work just fine. They don't really need anything over the top like the Quadro M2000M that the CAD designers will be using but the Intel graphics of the Latitudes choke with the type of work they are doing. We already have in place our standard users laptops (Latitude 50 series), and our designers and engineers laptops (Precision M7510), but we haven't figured out what the best model would be for the users that do some basic error checking of models in Solidworks, Catia, and AutoCad. We're going to be replacing a number of our laptops this year and I'm part of the team determining the hardware standards for the coming year.
